TERMS & CONDITIONS

bookings & reservations

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon advance payment of 50% of the total event cost.

  • Final guest count and remaining balance must be confirmed 10 days prior to the event date.

  • Bookings are non-transferable without written approval from Wasna Events Complex.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made:

    • More than 30 days before the event: eligible for 75% refund of advance.

    • 15–30 days before the event: 50% refund of advance.

    • Less than 15 days: no refund of advance.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of written cancellation request.

Venue Use & Conduct

  • Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

  • Damage to property, décor, or equipment will be assessed and charged to the booking party.

  • Wasna reserves the right to refuse service to individuals violating venue rules or policies.

Food & Catering

  • Outside catering is not permitted unless prior written permission is granted.

  • All food is prepared in-house in accordance with hygiene and Halal standards.

  • Client-provided cakes or desserts must be declared at the time of booking.

Event Timings

  • Events must start and end as per the agreed timeline. Overtime usage will incur additional charges on a per-hour basis.

  • Morning, afternoon, and evening slots are strictly time-bound due to scheduled bookings.

Decorations & Add-ons

  • Clients may choose Wasna’s in-house décor or request custom setups.

  • Decoration plans must be finalized 7 days prior to the event.

  • Fireworks, smoke machines, and other high-risk add-ons require safety approval.

Parking & Security

  • Parking is available for up to 300 vehicles and is monitored by CCTV and security staff.

  • Wasna is not liable for theft, damage, or loss of personal belongings.

Photography & Media

  • Wasna may request permission to photograph or feature your event for promotional purposes.

  • Professional photographers hired by clients must follow venue regulations.

Force Majeure

  • In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), Wasna will offer to reschedule or refund where possible.

Legal Jurisdiction

  • All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
